I knew before I came here that this was a local fast food restaurant, and I didn&#39;t have high expectations for the food. But when I actually ate the food, I found that it was not that simple. The texture of the meat was in no way inferior to that of some Western restaurants, which refreshed my impression of fast food restaurants.

The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn&rsquo;t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you&rsquo;re going to be in Hamburg.

Food was good, however, the pancakes tasted dry and I doubt they were homemade. Apart from that we enjoyed all the food (we had bagels with salmon and egg and the a&ccedil;ai bowl)

I personally never thought that I could eat such authentic Thai food in Germany. When I say authentic, I don&rsquo;t necessarily mean that it tastes really good, but at least it tastes good. Unfortunately, my Thai friend doesn&rsquo;t know how to appreciate it. I particularly like the chicken nuggets with basil.

Japanese food tastes very general, not too authentic.

我们去的每一次都享受了一顿超级丰盛的饭菜。这里的气氛很活跃但很舒适，服务很周到，食物很棒，整个都让人觉得很愉快。葡萄酒菜单上有着大量支持德国本土的葡萄酒和来自世界各地的葡萄酒。一定要来一次葡萄酒配上食物，因为所推荐的葡萄酒与菜肴完美地搭配在一起，可口极了。我们觉得尺寸大小刚刚好，你也可以吃免费赠送的面包和开胃小菜。在悠长的夏季夜晚，坐在露台上也是一种不错的享受，即使那里是一条很繁忙的路段。

We enjoyed a superb meal every time we went. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, the service was attentive, the food was great and the whole was pleasant. The wine menu has a large selection of German and wines from all over the world. Be sure to come with the wines as the recommended wines are perfectly matched with the dishes and are delicious. We thought the size was just right and you could eat complimentary bread and appetizers. Sitting on the terrace on a long summer evening was a nice treat, even if it was a busy section.

德国餐厅～环境很好 地方略偏所以也蛮清净 德国烤肠拼盘，burnch美式松饼套餐，小牛肉芝士煎饼也都是必点的！味道不错 喜欢汉堡！

German restaurant ～ The environment is very good, the place is slightly biased, so it is quite clean German sausage platter, burnch American muffin set, veal cheese pancakes are also must-order! Taste good like burgers!

快餐店 简洁明了 十分快又好 好吃又便宜 汉堡是特色 牛肉量十足 还有烤面包 特别诱人 再来一份超级大个的薯条 我觉得一个人都吃不完 太棒了

Fast food restaurant is simple and clear, very fast, delicious and cheap. The burger is a special beef volume and the toast is particularly attractive. Another super big French fries. I think it&rsquo;s great to eat alone.

当地特制的汉堡和薯条，味道挺不错的，感觉这里的食材味道不一样。

Local special burgers and fries taste very good, I feel that the ingredients here taste different.

I personally can&#39;t think of eating such authentic Thai food in Germany. I said authentic here, not necessarily that very good taste, but at least this taste is definitely good, but unfortunately my Thai friend, do not know how to appreciate. I especially liked the nine-story tower chicken nuggets.
